Chef Emiliano Gabriel Vignoni Alvarellos can be thought of as an author, that is, a culinary artist who composes the story of every meal. For the Chef, the revered traditions of Spanish cuisine are his inspiration and the plate his page.
Chef Emiliano culinary career includes not only positions at two-Michelin-starred Mugaritz and Atrio restaurants, but also work and training at no less than famed three-Michelin-starred El Bulli in Barcelona. The chef further honed his craft when with Seville’s two-Michelin-starred Hacienda Benazuza at El Bulli Hotel.
